The 7-floor office building with LEED Gold certification has been ready for occupancy since the 4th quarter of 2019. The main access is on Gutenbergstraße through a spacious foyer which connects the street side and the green central courtyard. Two elevators in the foyers and an impressive exposed concrete staircase provide access to the upper floors and the underground car park.

The facade consists of exposed concrete elements in front of columns and ceilings which make the supporting structure of the building visible on the facade.

Two 400 m² use areas are planned for each normal floor. On the set-back top floor there are two 300 m² rental units bordered by a terrace.

The facade grid of 1.35 m facilitates flexible use of the office space, which can also be combined to form a single unit on each floor.
