ANH Hausbesitz expanded its retail portfolio in Berlin and acquired another property from the Rheintor portfolio with the Netto supermarket at Gitschiner Straße 73 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The inner-city supermarket at a highly frequented location right at the Prinzenstraße underground station is situated on a 1,390 m² development site and has a sales area of 800 m².
