The six-floor residential and commercial building from 1888 is located on Kantstraße in the immediate vicinity of Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg, thus within walking distance of Ku'Damm and the zoo.

The house was completely refurbished by August 2018 and now presents itself with stylish details and modern equipment. Its existing division of use with a retail space on the ground floor, office space on the upper floors and the two top-floor apartments remained unchanged. The dressing on the base floors of KANT 21 was integrated in the new facade colour scheme and underlines its independence from the neighbouring buildings.
