With this project near the Nordbahnhof suburban railway station, one of the last major urban planning gaps in the centre of Berlin was closed. At the same time, an important historic building, the former Stettiner Vorortbahnhof station, was restored in line with the requirements of a listed building and converted for a new use. The adjoining new building offers high-quality office space with state-of-the-art technology. The latest standards of climate protection and sustainability in construction apply to the ensemble. In addition to all amenities such as spacious foyers and underground parking spaces, the commercial areas in WOLFTHORN 1 also offer a coffee shop on the ground floor.
